Members of the Spiritual Entrepreneur Association agree to abide by the following code of ethics:

Integrity: I will conduct my business affairs with honesty, transparency, and integrity. I will uphold high moral and ethical standards in all interactions with clients, employees, partners, and the public.

Respect: I will treat all individuals with respect, regardless of their beliefs, backgrounds, or personal circumstances. I will foster an inclusive and welcoming environment that values diversity and promotes mutual understanding.

Confidentiality: I will maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, unless legally required to disclose it. I will respect the privacy and confidentiality of my clients. Information will only be shared publicly with consent from the client.

Professionalism: I will strive for excellence and professionalism in my work. I will avoid misrepresentation of my qualifications or expertise and refrain from engaging in any fraudulent or deceptive practices.

Empowerment: I will empower my clients to make informed decisions and take responsibility for their own spiritual growth and well-being. I will provide guidance and support without imposing my personal beliefs or agenda on others, respecting the autonomy and free will of my clients.

Boundaries: I will establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with my clients, ensuring that the client’s well-being and interests are prioritized. I will refrain from engaging in any exploitative or inappropriate behaviors, such as forming inappropriate personal relationships or using my position of influence for personal gain.

Duty of Care: I will act in the best interests of my clients, promoting their well-being and personal growth. I will recognize and acknowledge the limitations of my expertise and refer clients to other qualified professionals when necessary. I will provide accurate and balanced information, avoiding making exaggerated claims or promises. I will never make medical, legal, or financial claims without being a qualified licensed professional in that field.

Continuing Education: I commit to lifelong learning and active personal and professional growth. I will seek supervision or mentoring when needed to ensure the highest level of service to my clients.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations: I will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing my profession and business activities. I will ensure that my practices adhere to legal requirements, including but not limited to licensing, advertising, data protection, and consumer protection laws.

By adhering to this Code of Ethics, members of the Spiritual Entrepreneur Association demonstrate their commitment to ethical conduct, professional integrity, and the well-being of their clients and the broader community. Breaching the Code of Ethics is grounds for removal from the membership community.
